Enrollment

Our Tiny Troops Soccer program is tailor-made for your little ones aged 2 to 4 years old. Run by military spouses and parents like you, we're not just another soccer program; we're a community that understands your unique needs.

Our classes are a monthly adventure! Each registration includes three action-packed in-person classes with an awesome coach. Our trained coaches use a lesson plan to teach a variety of soccer skills, listening activities, and gross motor skills through fun games. Once enrolled, your player will remain enrolled each month until you choose to stop or cancel your membership.

Every child brings their own ball, so they get plenty of touches. But there's more! You also get a bonus LIVE virtual session with our coaching staff.

Tuition is collected monthly on the 15th for the following month's classes. Every tuition period includes 3 in-person classes and 1 virtual class.

For more information on a specific location, please visit our Find My Location section.

All locations offer Saturday classes. Some locations also offer weekday classes. Makeup classes are held on Sundays. You will receive pre-scheduled makeup dates in your informational email after enrolling. Makeup classes are only used if a coach emergency or the weather causes a cancellation.

Tuition costs depend on the age of your child. Each tuition period includes 3 classes. Tuition is collected on the 15th of every month for the following month.

  • 2-year-old $50
  • 3/4-year-old $55

The pricing listed above goes into effect for those enrolling on January 15th, 2024 and beyond.

Each class provides high-quality activities and skill-building fun. All coaches follow a set lesson plan, ensuring that your little one’s class is filled with fun and learning from beginning to end!

Tiny Troops Soccer offers $5 off per sibling per tuition period. Please message us on Facebook or email info@tinytroopssoccer.com before enrolling to receive a code to apply at checkout during the enrollment process.

Enrollment begins on our website, www.tinytroopssoccer.com on the 15th of every month. First, find your location. Information about the program near the military installation will be shown. Click the "Enroll" button. Choose the age group and class that best suits your family's needs. Then follow the instructions on the next few screens to complete enrollment.

Waitlist families will be contacted via email if a spot opens up in the next tuition cycle. Once the email is sent families will have 72 hours to respond and secure the available spot and complete payment for their player. If no response is received within 72 hours, the spot will be offered to the next player on the waitlist and their player will be removed from the queue.

*TTS may reach out with other class times/day availability during the enrollment period that the waitlisted player is initially waitlisted. If the waitlisted player chooses to take that offer, they will be removed from the queue/waitlist.

When you become a Tiny Troops Soccer member you are automatically enrolled into each month's classes until you choose to stop or cancel your membership. Tuition is collected every month on the 15th for the following month's classes.

Your child must be turning 2 years old during the month of enrollment to be eligible to participate in our 2-year-old Parent and Me classes.

Example: Your child is 23 months old, and you wish to enroll them in to begin in March. As long as your child's 2nd birthday occurs before the end of March (the end of the tuition period), they are eligible to play in our 2-year-old Parent and Me classes.

We now offer Mini Movers classes at select locations for our 18-23 month olds. These classes focus on movement activities and soccer skills for our littlest Tiny Troopers. We currently offer these classes at 29 Palms, Camp Pendleton, Fort Liberty, and Kadena.

When enrolling your player for classes, they must turn the required age during the month of participation.

Example: Your child is currently 2, and you would like to enroll them for the 3 and 4-year-old age group at your location for July. Your child's birthday must fall during July for them to be eligible for that age group class.

When an enrolled player's birthday occurs, the family will be contacted via email during their birthday month. The email will include an offer to move up to the next age group the following month.

Example: Your child turns 3 in May. An email offer would be sent during the month of May to join the 3-year-old class. Your child will be moved to the 3-year-old class beginning in June once the offer is accepted.

Membership

When you become a Tiny Troops Soccer member you are automatically enrolled into each month's classes until you choose to stop or cancel your membership.

We keep it simple with a membership-based registration. When you sign up, you'll agree to our Automatic Payment Authorization. Your fees will be deducted from your card on the 15th of each month for the upcoming classes. No need to worry; it's all taken care of!

Have a question about your membership?  Please email us at info@tinytroopssoccer.com, and we promise to get back to you as soon as we can do so.

Please submit our Cancellation form if you want to remove your child from our program and stop/cancel your membership. Our cancelation form is available the 7th-13th of each month. Forms must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the 13th in order to avoid the next month's fees.

To cancel your membership, visit our Cancel My Membership page. Your player will be removed AFTER the final class of the current month. No partial refunds will be provided for early cancellation.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with our administrative team at info@tinytroopssoccer.com with any questions you have.

If your location is not running, you will be notified, and your tuition paused. When classes resume, you will receive an email notification. This verifies that you want to resume classes and tuition payments.

Tiny Troops Soccer memberships are active until you choose to stop or cancel your membership. Classes run January through November at most locations, with others running March-November. Please see your Find My Location page for full details. Memberships will roll over into the following year, unless you choose to stop or cancel your membership.

Equipment

Every child needs to bring the following to every class:

  • athletic clothing suitable to the weather
  • a size 3 soccer ball
  • close-toed shoes (cleats are optional)
  • water to drink

Every child must bring their own ball to Tiny Troops Soccer classes. This is because children learn by getting as many touches on the ball as possible. You can purchase a customized TTS ball during the enrollment process or bring your own. If your child forgets their ball, coaches have an extra one that may be borrowed.

Children ages 2 and up will need a size 3 soccer ball. These can be purchased at any location that sells sporting goods.

We understand mistakes can happen and balls can be forgotten at home. Every coach keeps a spare ball on hand for Tiny Troopers to borrow for a class.

Shin guards are optional for the 2 to 4-year-old classes. and required for the 4.5-5.5 yr. old Advanced Skills classes*. Cleats are optional for all ages. However, close-toed shoes are required.

* 4.5/5-Year-Old classes are only available in Kadena at this time.

2-year-old classes are 25 minute Parent and Me classes, 3 & 4-year-old classes are 45 minutes, and 4.5-5.5-year-old classes* are 55 minutes.

* These are only held at Kadena at this time.

Class times and days will vary by location. All of our locations run Saturday classes. Some locations may offer additional weekday classes as well.
Most of our locations hold sessions off-base at local parks or other recreational areas, usually no more than 15 minutes from the base. These locations are open to both civilian and military families.

Some locations may hold sessions on the military installation. For these select locations, a DOD ID will be required to access the location. No visitor passes will be given by Tiny Troops Soccer for on-base locations.

To determine if the location is on or off base, visit the Find My Location page. Locations with a base and city name are held off-base. Locations with only a base name are held on base, and a DOD-ID is required to access the location.

No. You will meet at the same time and place each week. If a field change is warranted, Tiny Troops Soccer will send notification via email about the change.

This depends on the age of your child.

2-year-old classes are Parent and Me and are not combined with any other age. One parent or other adult is on the field with the child at all times during the class.

3-year-old classes can be run separately from 4-year-old classes or may be combined. Both ages use the same lesson plans. It is up to the parent to decide if they prefer the mixed-age grouping or if they would prefer to be in a group where both ages are separated.

We keep our classes small to allow coaches to interact and work with players as much as possible.

2-Year-Old Classes: All 2-year-old classes have up to 10 players on the field, plus a parent/guardian for each player.

3-4-Year-Old Classes: Our older classes have up to 12 players on the field.

Yes. A parent/guardian must be at each class for the duration of the class to help with water breaks and child participation (if having trouble listening to the Coach, staying on Soccer Island, keeping hands to themselves, etc.).

*We require one parent per child to participate on the field for the entire class for 2-year-old Parent and Me groups.

Our program offers skill-building classes. Unlike other youth soccer programs, our 3 & 4-year-olds only scrimmage for a few minutes during classes 2 and 3 of each month. This maximizes the time spent on age-appropriate skills. We also incorporate games in lesson plans that help prepare Troopers for scrimmages.

No. For the safety of your child, snacks may not be given. We do not want them to bring their snack onto the field and begin play, as this creates a choking hazard. Please bring plenty of water, as that is all they will need.

No, Make-ups are only offered if we cancel a class due to a weather or Coach emergency. Make-up classes are built into each class schedule and occur at regularly scheduled times on select Sundays.

If you need to contact the coach to inform them of the absence, please send a message to our Facebook page or an email to info@tinytroopssoccer.com, and we will let the coach know for you.

Tiny Troops Soccer's makeup policy is as follows:

  • We preschedule 1 make-up class at all locations for canceled classes due to weather or coach emergencies.
  •  Make-up classes are scheduled on Sundays at regular class times.
  • If a makeup class is canceled, no refund will be provided.

Make-ups, refunds, and credits are unavailable for missed classes due to personal reasons. (vacations, illness, etc.)

Soccer is an outdoor rain or shine sport! If conditions are deemed dangerous and a weather cancellation is necessary, the decision will be made 45 minutes prior to the start time of class.

  • Cancellations will be posted in the League Apps app/your account under the events/schedule section.
  • An email and text (if opted in) will also be sent with the rescheduled date and time.
  • If there is no notification, classes are a go!

A makeup day will be scheduled if a class is canceled due to inclement weather. This information will be included in the cancellation email.

We do not provide personal contact information for our coaches. If you need to reach out to your child's coach, please speak to them before or after class. You may also send us a message on Facebook or email info@tinytroopssoccer.com. We will pass along the message for you.
