My child isn't quite 2 yet. Can he participate?

We have Soccer Playtime (at some locations) for ages 12-23 months. This is a self-guided playtime, with soccer equipment provided and activities suggested. For the 2-year-old sessions, the player must be turning two within the month of participation.

My child is turning 4 in a couple of months. Can I sign him up for the 4 year old session this month?

No. Your child needs to turn the required age (2, 3, or 4) within the month of participation. *For the Advanced Skills 4.5-5.5-year-old session, 4-year-olds must be 4 years + 6 months AND have participated in 3 prior months of TTS sessions to be eligible. 5-year-olds do not have to have any prior participation.

How many sessions are there?

There are 3 sessions per registration period (one per week). If applicable, the 4th (and 5th) week of the month is reserved for make-ups (if canceled by us).

How much does it cost?

12 to 23 month sessions are $8 (per session) with advance payment or $10 (per session) paid at the field. 2-year-old sessions are $39 (per month), 3 & 4 year old sessions are $44 (per month), and 4.5-5.5 year old sessions are $51 (per month).

How do I sign up?

Registration begins on our website,, on the 15th of each month at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time*. Monthly registration will be for all new and returning players for the following month of play.
*Registration begins on the 16th if the 15th falls on a Sunday.*

Bummer! The session I wanted is full. How does the waiting list work?

Please select the session you would like and follow the steps outlined. If a spot becomes available before the session start date, you will be notified via e-mail. You will have 24 hours to respond.

Do I have to sign up each month?

No! Tiny Troops Soccer utilizes a subscription service. Register once during the year for our soccer program. Your child is automatically enrolled each month thereafter!

How do I cancel my recurring registration?

Fill out the 'Take a Break' form (click HERE) by the 13th at 5:00 p.m. EST and your card will not be charged for the following month.

Please make sure to only fill it out for the month of the next round of sessions. Forms filled out for more than the next month's sessions will be placed on hold until the appropriate month occurs. For example, during the April period, only submit TAB forms for May. Do not submit for June, July, etc., at that time.

*When you want to resume sessions, you will need to register again (starting on the 15th).

What happens with payment if my location isn't running next month?

If your location is not running, you will be notified and your payment paused. When sessions resume, you will receive an email notification. This verifies that you want to resume sessions and payment.


Does every child need a ball?

Yes. Children learn by getting as many touches on the ball as possible! You can purchase a customized TTS ball during the registration process.

What size soccer ball do I need to purchase?

Size 3 (for all ages).

Does my child need to wear shin guards and cleats?

Shin guards are optional for the 1 to 4-year-old sessions and required for the 4.5-5.5 yr. old Advanced Skills session. *Closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes or cleats) are required.

Session Information

Are all of the ages combined?

No. Each age group has its own session besides the 4.5-5.5 old Advanced Skills session. (*Combining of 3 & 4-year-old sessions may occur if there are low numbers).

How many sessions are there?

There are 3 sessions per registration period (one per week). We reserve the 4th (and 5th, if applicable) week of the month for make-ups (if canceled by us).

How long are the sessions?

2-year-old sessions are 25 minutes, 3 & 4-year-old sessions are 45 minutes, 4.5-5.5-year-old sessions are 55 minutes.

When are sessions held?

Session times and days will vary by location. Generally, sessions run on weekdays and Saturday mornings.

Where are sessions held?

Find session locations under the Regional Registrations tab. Please choose your Region (timezone) first. Then choose your location and locate the "View Schedule" link.

Does the location vary each week?

No. You will meet at the same time and place each week.

Do I need to be at the field for each session?

Yes. A parent/guardian must be at each session for the duration of the session to help with water breaks and child participation (if having trouble listening to the Coach, staying on Soccer Island, keeping hands to themselves, etc.). *We require one parent to participate for the entire session for Soccer Playtime and 2-year-old Parent and Me sessions.

Do you play actual soccer matches?

Our program offers skill-building sessions. Unlike other youth soccer programs, our 3 & 4-year-olds only scrimmage for a few minutes during the second and third sessions. This maximizes the time spent on age-appropriate skills. The Advanced Skills sessions will include a scrimmage during each session.

Can I give my child snacks during the session?

No. For the safety of your child, snacks may not be given. Please bring plenty of water as that is all they will need.

We have to miss a week. Can my child make up the missed session?

No, Makeups are only offered if a session is canceled by us due to a weather or Coach emergency. We schedule makeups for the 4th weekend of the month. Saturday makeups run during regular session times. All Sunday makeup sessions, if scheduled, will begin at 1:30 pm.



We are not affiliated with the military community. Can my child still participate?

Yes! We offer off-base sessions at many of our locations to serve those outside of the military community. Please note that base sessions are only available to military-card ID holders. We do not issue passes or vouch for them.

How do I order a t-shirt, ball, Trooper the Lion, and/or "I Will Be Okay - Adventures of a Military Kid' Book?

We offer 3 different player kits during the registration process:

Coaches pass out player kits at the first session of the month.
