Become a leader
Develop your leadership and teaching skills in a safe and supportive environment with custom-designed weekly lesson plans supplied to you for each age group you coach. Grow and develop as a coach through monthly reviews with our Coach Trainers, who will provide positive and constructive feedback during your one-on-one evaluations.
No coaching experience? No problem!
Our custom-designed Coach Training Course curriculum will walk you through everything you need to know to feel confident and prepared for your first field session. Our Coach Trainers will ensure you are prepared for whatever comes your way. You will receive specialized session plans, games, and activities that are easy and simple to follow, and will be supplied each month along with all coach equipment.
Convenient schedules
Schedule commitments are simple and stay the same from month to month for the convenience of our families and coaches. Our program lets you know your entire year's schedule upfront. There are no surprises here!
Join a supportive and soccer-loving community
Bond with other coaches. Help and support are only a message away on our coach Slack channels. Come together once a month for coach team meetings. Our coaches are passionate about their work on the field, and our administration team is ready to lend a hand.
Get paid doing what you love!
Pay for all coaches begins at $19 an hour for coaching, with opportunities to earn more. Other administration and off-field tasks are paid at $15 per hour.
Coaching Roles
Primary Coaches
Primary Coaches: are our lead coaches that coach 6 consecutive Saturdays each session, with some locations also offering weekday sessions.
Assistant Coaches
Assistant Coaches: are our coaches that co-lead coach 3 of the 6 classes each session with the Primary Coach. These coaches are also on call, in the case of the Primary Coach experiencing an emergency or having a scheduled day off.
