This form is to purchase a gift certificate for 1 month of classes for a 3 or 4-Year-Old & Equipment. Each certificate entitles the recipient to 3 classes for 1 month, as well as a size 3 soccer ball and Tiny Troops Soccer t-shirt. If a child is already enrolled in our program, the certificate can be applied to their existing account. Every purchase will receive a Trooper the Lion plush.
