Tiny Troops Soccer is a minority woman-owned and operated military spouse business. Founded in 2015, we have employed over 750+ military spouses, dependents, and civilians worldwide. We have over 30 locations in the United States and Japan. Tiny Troops Soccer builds happy and confident kids, developmentally ready soccer players, and a community for all.

Mission

Our mission is to serve military kids and their friends all while teaching the great game of soccer to the youngest generation of players, ages 2-4 years old. We strive to bring a safe, fun, and playful activity into your child’s life that instills a sense of importance, self-worth, camaraderie, and a love for soccer to carry on into every adventure where life takes them.

Schedule and Pay

• Saturday availability is required unless otherwise noted
• Hours range from 2.5 - 6 hours weekly
• Primary coach pay starts at $19/hr
• Assistant coach pay starts at $18/hr
• Administrative tasks are paid at $15/hr
